About tPetaccia

I’m TM Petaccia – and my very first Mac was the very first Mac (well, not serial #…001, but definitely the original “1984″ 128K box). My initial plan was to use it in my then new role as a freelance advertising copywriter. Well, one thing leads to another, friends ask me for advice, ad clients ask for advice. Before you know it, I’m a full-fledged consultant. Isn’t that always the way?

In the 25+ years since first experiencing that new Mac smell, I’ve been providing a number of Macintosh, network, and internet-related services to the fine folks and businesses in the Charlotte, NC area – as well as select clients across the USA. Services have included:

  • Basic Procurement Analysis and Recommendations (“What do I/we need?”)
  • System/Network Setup and Installation (“Please make it work.”)
  • Troubleshooting (“It don’t work anymore.”)
  • Business Productivity Aids – custom word processing/spreadsheet/database solutions (“You know what we need …?”)
  • Website Design and Management (“I/we wanna be famous – or at least professional looking.”)

I’ve even been know to put the old ad hat back on and write/design a thing or two.
