Mozilla has issued Firefox 3.6.6 of its popular web browser. This patch corrects an issue introduced with last week’s release of 3.6.4. The new version modifies the crash protection feature to increase the amount of time that plugins are allowed to be non-responsive before being terminated. Details can be found here.
Similar changes have been made to the Mozilla browser/eMail/IRC combo product, SeaMonkey.
